Character
The King and Queen
The rulers of the Kingdom. They cannot be treated as ordinary people, and the guards will not forgive you for trying.
In development
The Kingdom is the largest organised authority in the realm, and King Elio and Queen Sicilian stand at its head. Their court is protected by guards, knights and a mage of terrible power, and the royal household carries protections that ordinary people do not.
They are not ordinary non-player characters. Violence against them has permanent consequences: the guards of the Kingdom will treat you as hostile on sight, and the ordinary routes of reconciliation close.
Order is not the same as virtue. The Kingdom keeps the peace, and it keeps its own counsel.
More of the court will be revealed as development continues.
