Character
The Mage
The Old Man's son. A Blood Relief master who guards the King and Queen, and the one person the Hidden Village cannot reach.
He grew up in the Hidden Village, among the oldest traditions in the realm, and left it for the one tradition his father would not teach him. The Mage practices Blood Relief. He serves the Kingdom, and he protects its King and Queen.
He is extraordinarily powerful, and those he guards carry protections that ordinary people do not. The gap between the Hidden Village and the Kingdom runs straight through his family.
“Tell them I remember home. Do not tell them I promised to return.”
Reaching him is a quest in its own right. What he does when you arrive is up to you.
